Beginners Flow 

Welcome to our Beginners Flow Class. Perfect for those who have dipped their toes in the foundational practices of yoga and are ready to explore a vibrant, connected journey through movement. Here, we're taking it a step further from basic poses and introducing the joyous practice of linking postures together into graceful, fluid sequences.

In this class, we focus on the fundamentals of flow, or "Vinyasa," which means "to place in a special way." You will learn how to transition smoothly and mindfully between poses, all while maintaining steady breath and active engagement. This method not only enhances your physical flexibility and strength but also cultivates a deeper sense of inner balance and harmony.

Designed specifically for beginners who are eager to expand their practice, this class will empower you with the confidence and knowledge to create and enjoy your own sequences. Expect to leave each session feeling more centered, energized, and connected to both your practice and the community around you.

Gentle Yoga 

Join us for our Gentle Yoga class, designed to help you unwind and reconnect. In this slow-paced session, we focus on seated and supported postures that allow you to move through gentle stretches while syncing your breath with each motion. This class is perfect for enhancing relaxation, boosting flexibility, and promoting recovery. It's especially beneficial if you're dealing with pain, sleep troubles, anxiety, or high stress. Step onto your mat every Saturday at 10:15 am for our Ashtanga for Beginners class, a gentle and grounding introduction to the traditional Ashtanga yoga method. Designed for beginners or those looking to refine their practice, you'll explore the foundational postures of Ashtanga yoga in a supportive and attentive environment. Morning Yoga

Kickstart your morning with our Morning Yoga sessions, perfect for easing you into your day with a smile! Join us every Friday at 9:45 am and on weekends at 8:30 am. 

 

This class blends the calming elements of Gentle Yoga with a feel-good flow that's accessible to everyone, regardless of your yoga experience. While not as fluid as a Vinyasa class, it offers a balanced mix that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Come flow with us and turn your good mornings into great ones!
