Frequently asked questions
- 01- Go to your app store - Search for Yoga Club - Set up a basic profile - Buy a Single Class Pass, Intro Membership or package option - Start booking your classes
- 02YES! Absolutely you can, go to Book Online, pick the class and date and you can book that class. You can see your agenda on the homepage of your app to check you've booked, you will also receive a confirmation email when you book your class. If you've never been to The Yoga Studio before use the code Downdog to get your first class half price.
- 03We operate a 12-hour cancellation policy for both studios. If you need to cancel a class, please do so via the app or website. We kindly ask that you do not send cancellation requests via social media or any other channels, as these will not be processed. If you are unable to cancel within the 12-hour window and are on a Trial Unlimited or Unlimited Yoga membership, a £5 late cancellation/no-show fee will apply. For all other class packs or memberships, sessions will be forfeited and are non-refundable if you miss the cancellation window.
- 04When you arrive please go to our reception desk and let them know your name, if you are attending 2 classes back to back, please let our receptionist know so we don't mark you as a no show for your second class. There are designated spaces for your coats, shoes and bags, please do not take your shoes, phones or bags into the studio.
- 05YES! Absolutely you can, our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday : 08:30 - 13:00 / 17:00 - 20:45 Friday : 08:30 - 13:00 Sat & Sun : 08:00 - 12:00 Obviously if we have classes on we won't be able to show you the studio but please feel free to pop in and say hello whenever you like. - 06YES! We provide everything else in the studio but you are expected to bring your own mat to class, If you don't have a mat, you can rent one from reception for £1. You can also store your mat at the studio for £5 a month. You can pay for this in our pricing plans section.
- 07We love dogs and are always happy to see your furry friends pop in with you to say hello! 🐾 However, dogs cannot be left at reception while you attend class, so please ensure they are supervised at all times. If your dog does have an accident while visiting, we kindly ask that owners clean up after them.
- 08Yes! Grip socks are essential for Reformer Pilates because they provide traction on the equipment, helping prevent slips and injuries. They also improve your stability and control during exercises, allowing you to engage your muscles properly and get the most out of your workout. Plus, they keep the machines clean and hygienic for everyone.
- 09There are toilets that can also be used as changing rooms, please note we do not have showers on site.
- 10You must be a minimum of 16 years old to attend our classes at The Yoga Club & Reformer Room.
- 11YES! We have a great selection of classes that are great for beginners, check the schedule on our website that highlights beginners classes. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat or rent one from reception for £1 if you're coming for Yoga, remember to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can check in, take your shoes off and roll your mat out with time to breathe before the class starts.
- 12YES! Before entering our studios please make sure you have put your shoes, bags and coats in the designated spaces. We do not allow shoes in our studio rooms.
- 13YES! We are forever collecting water bottles and the odd pair of shoes left behind. We keep lost property for at least 1 month and try to return items to thier owners. If you have lost something, please email info@theyogaclubbillericay.com (info@theyogaclubbillericay.com)or ask at reception next time you're in. Lost water bottles are kept on top of lockers located throughout the building.
