How do I download the booking app?

- Search for Fit by Wix
- Use the Invite Code : THEYOGACLUB
- Set up a basic profile
- Buy a Single Class Pass or package option
- Start booking your classes

Question 2

Can I buy a drop in class?

Accepted Answer

YES! Absolutely you can, Our app is designed more for memberships so remember you have to buy a single class pass and then book onto your class.

You can see your agenda on the homepage of your app to check you've booked, you will also receive a confirmation email  when you book your class.

If you've never been before use the code Downdog to get your first class half price.

Question 3

Can I come in and have a look around?

YES! Absolutely you can, our opening hours are:

Monday - Thursday : 08:30 - 20:30 
Friday : 08:30 - 17:30 
Sat & Sun : 08:00 - 12:00

Obviously if we have classes on we won't be able to show you the studio but please feel free to pop in and say hello whenever you like.

Question 4

How do I check into a class?

When you arrive please go to our reception desk and let them know your name, if you are attending 2 classes back to back, please let our receptionist know so we don't mark you as a no show for your second class.

There are designated spaces for your coats, shoes and bags, please do not take your shoes, phones or bags into the studio.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

YES! We provide everything else in the studio but you are expected to bring your own mat to class, If you don't have a mat, you can rent one from reception for £1.

You can also store your mat at the studio for £5 a month. You can pay for this in our pricing plans section.

Question 6

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot make class, please cancel at least 3 hours before the start of your class. Go to the Schedule in your app and click on the class you've booked to cancel.

We have a £5 late cancellation/no-show charge that you will have to pay if you cannot cancel within the 3 hour cancellation period and are on a Trial Unlimited or Unlimited membership. Those on a 10-class, 8-class or Single Class Pass unfortunately won’t have their credit returned.

Can I bring my dog to class?

We love dogs and don’t mind furry friends coming to say hello with their owners! Unfortunately, students cannot leave their dogs at reception while attending class.

If you do pop in to say hello with your dog and there is an accident, we do expect you to clean up your dogs mess.

What facilities are at the studio?

There are toilets that can also be used as changing rooms, please note we do not have showers on site.

Question 9

What is the minimum age to attend classes?

You must be a minimum of 16 years old to attend our classes at The Yoga Club Billericay.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

YES! We have a great selection of classes that are great for beginners:

- Alignment Yoga on mondays at 18:15
- Chair Yoga on Thursdays at 12:00
- Beginners Flow on Tuesday at 19:30
- Restorative Yoga on Wednesday at 19:30 
- Gentle Yoga on Mondays at 09:45 & Thursday at 18:15
- Yin Yoga on Thursdays at 19:30 & Friday at 18:45
- Beginners Ashtanga on Thursdays at 18:45 & Saturday at 10:15am 
- Morning Yoga on Sat & Sun at 08:30am 
- Elemental Flow on Sundays at 09:45

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat or rent one from reception for £1, remember to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can check in, take your shoes off and roll your mat out with time to breathe before the class starts.

Question 11

Do I need to take off my shoes?

YES! Before entering our studios please make sure you have put your shoes, bags and coats in the designated spaces. We do not allow shoes in our studio rooms.

Question 12

Do you keep lost property?

YES! We are forever collecting water bottles and the odd pair of shoes left behind. We keep lost property for at least 1 month and try to return items to thier owners. If you have lost something, please email info@theyogaclubbillericay.com (info@theyogaclubbillericay.com)or ask at reception next time you're in.
