30 HR Restorative Yoga TTC

Rest is our most natural state, yet for many of us, it can feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable. Bodies and nervous systems shaped by years of doing, striving and pushing through often need time, safety and support to rediscover what true rest feels like.
This 30-hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is a deeply immersive, 4-day journey into the art and science of conscious rest. It is designed not only to teach restorative yoga techniques, but to explore why rest can feel so elusive and how to gently create the conditions that allow it to arise naturally.
Through a blend of experiential practice, guided reflection and honest self-enquiry, you will develop a truly embodied understanding of restorative yoga. Rather than following rigid formulas, you’ll learn to respond intuitively to yourself and to others, with sensitivity, adaptability and care.
This training invites you to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with rest as a nourishing, supportive state. From this place, you’ll be able to share restorative practices in a way that feels authentic, grounded and deeply effective.
