Join us for the Yin Qigong May Workshop, a refreshing 90-minute session that kicks off with Yin Yoga, introducing the concept of Meridian Channels—the energy pathways within our bodies. After this calming and restorative practice, you will smoothly transition into an energising Qigong session. In Chinese, ‘Qi’ means ‘energy’ and ‘gong’ translates to ‘work,’ so we’ll be focusing on cultivating your body’s energy through meditation, breathwork, and movements designed to promote energy flow.
These practices are aimed at enhancing your range of motion, allowing Qi to move freely and revitalise both body and mind, helping you build confidence and overall well-being.
In this workshop, we’ll delve into the themes of growth associated with the Spring season, using mindful twists and forward folds to instil a sense of grounding and strength.
