Dare to delve into the principles of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and explore how it can enhance your well-being?
TCM teaches us that our energy, known as Qi or Chi, flows through meridian channels in our body however, these channels can become blocked due to our lifestyle, lack of movement, poor nutrition and we all know how our energy is influenced by the changing seasons.
Through the practice of Qigong, a mindful movement practice, learn to balance your Chi and cultivate awareness of the subtle sensations within your body. This practice will gradually enlighten you to your mood swings, teach you how to combat lethargy, and guide you towards a state of calmness.
The techniques employed in Qigong may include slow and fast movements, tapping, and applying pressure on acupoints.
We will also provide information on seasonal foods and how they impact our energy levels.
