Sometimes we need more than a 60 minute class to do all the things that make our practice so amazing ... welcome to The Self Care Club.
Whilst the format of the class is subject to change the basic premise is there is 2 hours of practice and 1 hour for tea and self growth chat. Some weeks there will be question prompts and other weeks it might just flow.
