Engage in practices scientifically recognized for reducing stress and enhancing well-being, such as Yin yoga, mindful somatic exercises, and targeted breathwork aimed at calming your mind and reducing cortisol levels.

These carefully chosen activities are known not only for their immediate relaxing effects but also for their long-term benefits in mental health, including increased resilience to stress and improved mood regulation. The session concludes with sound healing during Savasana, providing a beautifully resonant environment that promotes deep mental and physical restoration.

Our schedule is designed to ensure an immersive experience:

 **4:00-4:30 PM:** Mindful Somatic and Breathwork Techniques

 **4:30-6:00 PM:** Yin Yoga Session

 **6:00-6:30 PM:** Savasana accompanied by Sound Healing
