About the event
We are excited to announce our upcoming Heart Chakra Yoga Workshop, designed to help you awaken and balance your heart center. The heart chakra, located at the center of the chest, is associated with love, compassion, and emotional healing. When this chakra is balanced, you can experience greater joy, inner peace, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.
During this workshop, we will explore various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices that are specifically designed to activate the heart chakra. We will also delve into the spiritual teachings and philosophy behind the heart chakra, helping you to cultivate a deeper understanding of this important energy center.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this workshop is open to all levels and will provide you with tools and practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more connected to your inner self and those around you.
The workshop will be led by our experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor (Liana Oldham), who has extensive training and expertise in working with the chakras. We will provide all necessary props and equipment, but we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

When the Heart Chakra is balanced and open, we feel a deep sense of love and connection with ourselves and others. We are able to give and receive love freely, and feel compassion towards others. However, when the Heart Chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we may experience feelings of loneliness, isolation, and a lack of connection with others.
