Reformer Policy Highlights:
Cancellation Policy
We have a 3 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 3 hours before the class, your class credit is automatically added back to your profile. If you cannot cancel 3 hours before the start of your class, you will lose your class credit.
4/8/12 Monthly Memberships
These are recurring payments that have a 6 month commitment.
Classes are allocated to your profile after your monthly payment has been taken. Memberships cannot be paused for holidays however class credits can be rolled over in this case.
10 Class Pass
These memberships are valid for 3 months and are a one time payment.
Class Minimum Numbers
We require a minimum of 2 students booked into a class for the class to run.
Clothing
Grippy socks must be worn and can be purchased at reception.
Health & Safety Waiver
Our Health & Safety Waiver can be found online and must be filled out prior to your first class, any changes to your health or pregnancy status can be reported to staff.
