Martial artists have truly mastered the art of finding that beautiful sweet spot: the perfect balance between flexibility and strength. They achieve this harmony through incredibly smooth and dynamic movements that flow seamlessly together. In this upcoming workshop, we will not only delve into the exploration of the hips, but also examine how the concepts of mobility, as well as strong and controlled dynamic movements, can be incorporated into our asana practice.
