About the event
We often get enquiries from people wanting to know which classes would be a good option for them as they are complete beginners and whilst we do offer a Beginners class on Thursday evenings, we understand that something that offers more explanation, more time, more attention may be what you actually need.
This 4 week course has been designed and will be delivered by Mae - the studio owner. With over 8 years experience teaching internationally, sometimes to people who didn’t even speak English, Mae understands that there are multiple barriers to entry with the practice, so will be breaking down the fundamentals in what you need to know to feel empowered to practice and attend group classes.
Each session will be 75 minutes and each week will break down a different aspect of the practice but will also include Breathwork & Guided Meditations.
This course has been designed to offer workshop style discussions and interactions as well as short segment flows to experience how to incorporate the knowledge within a class environment.
