We understand the importance of mental health in the teenage years and how it can impact overall well-being. That's why we are excited to offer a 6 week course specifically designed for teenage girls, focusing on both physical and emotional well-being through the practice of Teen Yoga.

Teens & Emotional Regulation

Teenage years can be filled with various emotions and stressors, making it essential for teens to develop effective emotional regulation skills. That's where Teen Yoga comes in. One of the main advantages of yoga for teens is its stress management capabilities.

Teenagers often face a multitude of stressors, academic pressures and social challenges, all whilst figuring out who they are and how to fit in. Yoga offers a holistic approach to managing stress by combining physical movement, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Through yoga, teens learn to tune into their bodies and breath, creating a sense of calm and reducing anxiety.

By encouraging girls to connect with their bodies and embrace their uniqueness, yoga cultivates a positive self-image. This practice teaches teens to be present in the moment, letting go of negative thoughts and cultivating a more positive mindset.

Ultimately, yoga provides a safe space for emotional exploration and regulation. It equips teens with tools and strategies to navigate their emotions, fostering resilience and mental well-being.

Details of the course.

A safe and supportive environment for growth and self-discovery with yoga poses, breathwork exercises, and mindfulness practices.

We cover various topics such as body positivity, stress management, and emotional regulation.

The course includes different yoga sequences to build strength, flexibility, self-acceptance, and self-love.

With mindful movement and breath awareness, the girls learn to listen to their bodies, appreciate their unique strengths, and develop a positive body image.
