Finishing Sequence Ashtanga Vinyasa Alignment Workshop

Dear Ashtanga Vinyasa Practitioners,

We are excited to announce our upcoming Finishing Sequence Alignment Workshop for Ashtanga Vinyasa on 24th September 2023 from 12:30-14:30. This workshop is designed to help you improve your alignment and deepen your practice in the finishing sequence of Ashtanga Vinyasa.

The workshop will be led by our experienced and highly qualified instructor, who has years of experience practicing and teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa. In this workshop, you will learn how to properly align your body in each pose of the finishing sequence, including inversions, backbends, and arm balances.

You will also learn how to use props such as blocks and straps to support your practice and improve your alignment. Our instructor will provide personalized guidance and adjustments to ensure that you are practicing safely and effectively.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of the finishing sequence and refine your practice.

The workshop will take place in our beautiful and spacious studio, which provides a serene and peaceful environment for your practice. We will provide all the necessary equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
